June 19, 2025 Awards
Shook is honored to be a recipient of the Community Impact Award! These awards honor companies that are making significant contributions to their communities through their time, actions, talents, dedication, and resources throughout the Carolinas.
This achievement is made possible by our selfless teammates who have spent countless hours living our Mission, To Dramatically Improve the Communities We Serve. Notably, their efforts in this past year included:
⭐ 425+ service hours with local non-profit organizations and schools, including transforming East Wake High School's girls' softball facility and constructing park benches for the Town of Oriental Parks & Recreation.
⭐ Relief efforts for Hurricane Helene, including a company-wide supply drive, donating six shipping containers to Neighbors Feeding Neighbors, and a $5k grant to Hands with Hearts to further their efforts.
⭐ Partnering with Connect for Success NC and S.H.E.D. events to introduce students to the construction industry, interfacing with nearly 3,000 students from the Raleigh area.
Congratulations to our Mid-Atlantic team and all the winners who are making an impact in our communities.
