MEET ESME.

Going on two years with Shook, every day for Esme is a little different. As a Project Support Specialist, she manages multiple Shook projects in both Indiana and Ohio, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required documentation while also processing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.Ìý

• What inspired you to pursue a career in construction?
  "I’ve always enjoyed helping communities, and while I did not have a background in construction, I love that our work creates establishments that people will use and benefit from."

  "If you’re curious, dip your toes in and you’ll see how rewarding of an occupation it is."
